
Jennifer Heinz is an attorney in Eau Claire, WI with over 20 years legal experience. She specializes in helping individuals and families with estate planning, trust administration, probate and real estate needs. She is an active educator and speaker at the local, state and national levels.
Jennifer enjoys working with clients from all walks of life, providing advice on complex estate planning needs, working on the sale, purchase or transfer of real estate, or assisting with basic wills and powers of attorney.
Prior to founding Jennifer Heinz Law, LLC, she served as an Assistant District Attorney for Eau Claire County and as faculty at Chippewa Valley Technical College. Jennifer has and continues to be involved in a wide variety of civic organizations. She currently serves on the Heyde Center for the Arts Board of Directors and CVTC Paralegal Advisory Board. She is a member of the Wisconsin and Minnesota Bar Associations, and the Eau Claire, Chippewa and Ramsey County Bar Associations. Other community volunteer activities include former Vice-President of the Chippewa Falls School District Board of Education, Eau Claire County Drug Court Advisory Board, Faculty Advisor for CVTC Paralegal and Pride Clubs, Big Brother Big Sister volunteer, foreign-exchange student host family, and in her ever-receding college days was a member of the UW-Madison Women’s Rowing team. She and her husband Todd are the proud parents of three children and enjoy traveling and spending time on the water.
Jennifer graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. in Education and received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
